Redesign for an existing website of a phone repair service. A more modern look and a shorter path to contact and quote requests.

The challenge
Mobile Fixit had a website that required too many steps before a customer could submit a quote request. The design felt outdated and generated little trust.

Approach
We analysed the existing user path and identified three unnecessary steps between landing and enquiry. The redesign brings the quote button prominently up front and gives the site a more professional look.

Result
After the redesign, the client reports a noticeable increase in direct contact requests through the website.
